Kerrin Shettle
It's real estate. I love what I do, so I am always working.
My vision is to do everything humanly possible to make the dreams of my clients become the reality of their tomorrows. As I see it, the only time it is about the REALTOR® is when you are in the process of choosing one. In this fast-paced technological age, there is a multitude of data coming at us from everywhere. But there's a difference between information and wisdom. You can take virtual tours of individual houses, get Google Earth street views and drive around going to open houses.
How do you sort through this overload of information?
How do you react when you find a property that is perfect? How fast can you respond with submitting an offer?
Well, with a little bit of work you can take charge of the process by looking for an agent that you feel is the right match for you. You need to be poised when a perfect property hits the market and for that you need a Realtor. It's what I do and it's what all Realtor's do. We live the work we love. You can think of me as a kind of detective, always searching, looking and digging for hidden gems and revealing unseen opportunities.
If you are selling your home, my intimate knowledge of the market along with our office having the best tech and marketing tools available I will bring you the best price in the quickest time frame.
When I'm not selling real estate, I lend a hand to all animals who come past my door. The problems of the world are large, but they diminish in size with every act of kindness that we bestow. Since my youth, I have been an avid animal lover/rescuer/supporter. If I see a need, I step in and do what it takes. No place for glory or self aggrandizement, just get the job done. This has led to being a long time member in organizations of like-minded folks such as the NRDC, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, Marine Mammal Center, PETA and numerous local and state non-profits.
